Division Details

The Under 6 Division teams are co-ed and are made up of six to ten players, ages of 4 ½ to 5 years old. U6 teams play Tuesday and Thursday at 6 PM beginning about the first week of September to the second week of October. 

Games are held at Fortin Field on Field 1 (the large pitch) which is marked out into eight smaller fields.  Each night includes 25 minutes of training (fun games to help teach basic skills) and a 4v4 match consisting of four, eight minute periods.

Other details:  

  • All players MUST play a minimum of two (2) periods.
  • No goalkeepers are used.
  • One (1) coach is allowed on the pitch (field) during match play.  Assistant coaches will remain on the players’ side of the field and are not allowed to coach from the spectator side of the field at any time.
  • No standings will be kept.
  • There is no scoreboard, playoffs or all star team.
  • All games as all games are played at the same time.
  • All games will stop promptly upon hearing the whistle.
  • Slide tackling is NOT allowed.
  • Intentionally striking a ball with a head is not permitted.
